Unless specified "UPS Expedited Services," or "Priority Mail" U.S. orders will be shipped either Standard Mail or U.P.S Ground, at our descretion, attempting to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Tracking numbers and links to the carrier's tracking page will be provided to you on the majority of orders the same day the order is shipped by us from Union GROVE, or placed with a third part for shipping the next day. On overseas shipments we will provide to you an insurance reference number rather than a tracking number. You may use this number to file a claim against the carrier for lost or broken merchandise.

Please no P.O. boxes. Priority Mail orders are restricted to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Isles, and Guam, plus US embassies, army, and navy addresses, unless approved in advance.

Please e-mail us for shipping and handling quotes for volume orders greater than 200 pounds, or delivery to foreign countries. International orders require payment in advance by an International Postal Money Order.

Most orders will be shipped promptly within one or two business days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery to the west coast. If your order needs special handling to receive it on a certain date, please post that notification to us in the special messages entry of our order form, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We do not guarantee shipping or delivery dates, but will work with you and the carrier to assure timely delivery, or to request a refund of your shipping cost if warranted.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy

  • You can return your unused non-food purchase within 30 days of purchase.
  • You will receive a refund for the purchase price less shipping and handling. You must pay your return shipping costs, and product must be received in saleable condition. Invoice,information on product and original packaging included.

    Note that all orders paid for by check or money order are non-refundable, instead you will be issued a credit for future purchases.

  • Request a return authorization (R.M.A.number) and shipping address by email to admin@greatcountrystore.com (see return info below)
  • If product is damaged when received, contact support (admin@greatcountrystore.com) for handling instructions.
  • Most orders will be shipped promptly within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 days for Mail or U.P.S. delivery.
  • If we feel that we can't fulfill your order in a reasonable time, we'll let you know immediately, but our stock is replenished weekly.
  • We encourage you to contact us to settle any problems you have with our products or services. Your e-mail will be replied to by top level management familiar with all aspects of our company.
